Christian Troy is a playboy. Like his best friend and business partner Sean, Christian is also nearing middle age. Compared to Sean, he is less family-minded. He impregnated Julia, Sean’s wife, which consequently conceived Matt McNamara.
Meanwhile, he has an on and off relationship with Kimber Henry. Christian’s attempt to sell part ownership of the practice would lessen stress, but turns out to be unsubstantiated. Christian also gets romantically involved with a married woman, Michelle Landau. She becomes his fiancée after her husband dies.
