Julia McNamara is the wife of Sean McNamara for eighteen years. She is also the mother of Matt, Annie and Connor. Because she needed to take care of her children, she stopped going to medical school.
This made her become very bitter and consequently will be the reason to the ending her marriage to Sean. However, not long, they reunite.
Julia is also used to be the co-owner of De La Mer day spa for recuperating surgery patients.
