Sean reunites with his former patients from Miami, Allegra Calderello aka “pussy lips” and his dying husband, (Richard Portnow) who requests surgery on his wife so she can attract handsome suitors after his death.
Christian seeks his replacement at McNamara/Troy and sets his sights on Logan Taper (Richard Burgi), a stylish doctor who appears to have a lot in common with Christian, until his unusual fetish is uncovered. Liz’s mother Mariela (Lillian Hurst) comes to town in time for the preparation of her daughter’s wedding, but her attitude and comments only help in making Liz feel inadequate., and as she is unable to fit herself into her mother’s old wedding dress, she decides to undergo a breast reduction.
