Viewers would think that the Carver killed Christian, only to find out that it was just a dream Sean had. When someone told Matt that Ava was a man in the past, his attitude worsens. He starts to look for Ava or at least someone similar to her. Due to desperation, he hurts transsexuals when he discovers he/she has parts of a male. Transsexuals take revenge on him by beating him up and pissing on him.

This season, Christian gets a new partner whose name is Quentin, while Christian silently reflects about his life as a plastic surgeon. Both Christian and Sean do not like Quentin, and they dislike him even more when he consistently tries to separate them. Sean gets more irritated when he sees Quentin hitting on his wife, Julia.
Julia decides to put up a beauty spa business, but her mother does not support her with this. The scene in which Julia thinks her mom was part of a plane crash will get the viewers glued.
Christian and Kimber start to have a serious relationship, as the season shows a lot of interesting scenes of the lovers.
